Roasted bread with herbs and garlic oil topped with a fresh cut tomato salad of different varieties and a surprising herbs mix
Handmade ravioli
Handmade fresh pasta pillows filled with ricotta & spinach, with crispy garlic and sage and a butter burn poured over it. Subject to availability.

Vitello Tonnato Sandwich
Rustic bread w/ shortly grilled veal meat filled with handmade tuna mayonnaise, capers and balsamic cream. Only available at lunchtime.
